I believe it’s important to be clear about fees, while also recognising that seeking therapy can already feel like a big step — emotionally and financially. My aim is to make this as straightforward and supportive as possible.

Session Fees

£70 per 50-minute session​

Sessions are usually offered on a weekly basis, particularly at the beginning, as consistency helps to build safety and continuity in the work.

I also hold a small number of low-cost spaces for people who may be experiencing financial difficulty. If cost feels like a barrier, you’re very welcome to mention this when you get in touch. You don’t need to explain or justify your circumstances — we can simply explore whether a reduced-fee space is available at the time.
